Shipments and returns

Your pack shipment

Packages are generally dispatched within 2 days after receipt of payment and are shipped via UPS with tracking and drop-off without signature or normal mail service in this case without tracking. If you prefer delivery by UPS Extra with required signature, an additional cost will be applied, so please contact us before choosing this method. Whichever shipment choice you make, we will provide you with a link to track your package online, unless is a normalmail service.

Shipping fees include handling and packing fees as well as postage costs. Handling fees are fixed, whereas transport fees vary according to total weight of the shipment. We advise you to group your items in one order. We cannot group two distinct orders placed separately, and shipping fees will apply to each of them. Your package will be dispatched at your own risk, but special care is taken to protect fragile objects.

Boxes are amply sized and your items are well-protected.

RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

If you are not satisfied with your purchase and intend to exercise the withdrawal, you can notify us by e-mail, online form or by producing another explicit declaration within 15 days from the date of purchase of your products. In case of withdrawal, the only cost to be paid will be that of shipping the return.

WHAT TO DO TO MAKE A RETURN AND RECEIVE A REFUND:

Access the "My orders" section and enter the order number (you can find it in the order confirmation e-mail we sent you) and the e-mail address you used when you placed the order.

  • If you prefer, you can simply contact our Customer Service, who will take care of providing you with the Return Authorization number which must be reported directly outside the package or on the courier's shipping label. Make sure you have the original packing slip handy to give the correct directions to our Call Center.
  • Pack the product in the original packaging, including any documents, accessories and manuals received with the product itself, otherwise we may decide not to proceed with the refund. Make sure that the package is tightly closed and that the contents do not risk being damaged during shipping. It is important that the package bears the Return Authorization number (RA) to prevent it from being returned to the sender upon receipt.
  • Don't forget to include the original packing slip.
  • The amount will be refunded according to the original payment method, generally within 15 days of receiving the product.
  • We recommend using an insured and traceable shipping method. We will not be responsible for damage or loss of parcels.

REFUND AND REPLACEMENT

Once the refund has been processed, a confirmation email will be sent to you. The refund is normally made within 15 days from the date of receipt of the product.

If you have requested the replacement of a defective or wrong product, a new product will be sent to you immediately after its receipt.

Note: We accepts returns of products purchased exclusively on this site. Any other product purchased from different stores must be returned to the store where you purchased it.

The refund will be made according to the original payment method.
